Frequently Asked Questions

Does our company have to pay for the machine?  No. Machines are provided at absolutely NO cost to your business.  We  ship, install, service, stock and maintain FREE of charge.

How often do you stock the machine?   We will monitor the sales of the machine through its software and stock it every 1 to 2 weeks depending on each location.  If it is determined that it needs to be serviced more often, we can set up a more frequent service schedule.

Can our company choose the products that go into the machine?  Yes. We will initially fill it up with the classic products until the customers and employees choose different product selections.  Each chosen product will have a trial test of two months. After that, if the product is not selling it will be rotated by a new selection.

 

What condition are the vending machines in?  The machines will be new or near new depending on location foot traffic.

How long does it take for delivery/installation and what is the process?  Once you give us the go ahead to move machines in, we will be ready to go within 2 to 4 weeks.  If you need the machines sooner we will try our best to accomodate you.  Once we agree on an installation it should take around four hours to have them set up and ready.

Do we have to sign an agreement?  No contract.  Zero risk.  If you are not satisfied with our service, we can remove our machines, no questions asked.  If you wish to have a contract we can provide one for your company.

 

What is the procedure if someone loses money in the machines?  Please fill up the refund form on the website and a refund will be issued by the end of the month.

How quickly do you respond to fix the machine?   Within 24 hours.  Keeping our customers happy is our #1 priority.
